I went to a Russ Harris workshop, seriously useful stuff. His book, the Happiness Trap provides such a useful framework for managing life's challenges. The whole ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) thing provided me with a way of sitting with difficult emotions, rather than fusing or try to push away: "I shouldn't be feeling like this". Worth looking past the poor quality of recording - its powerful stuff.
